By accessing or using the website and services provided by 520 Innovations LLC DBA FlowTier ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FlowTier provides AI-powered front office automation services, including but not limited to: AI voice agents, AI chat agents, automated appointment booking, lead follow-up systems, and related integrations. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms and services.

5. AI Demo & Communications

By submitting your information through our demo form, you acknowledge that:

• You will receive an AI-generated demo experience via SMS, chat, and/or voice call.
• The demo is for demonstration purposes only and may not reflect the exact final product configuration.
• You consent to receive non-marketing communications related to the demo experience and your account.
• Marketing communications require separate, explicit consent and are never pre-selected.

6. Text Messaging Terms

• By opting in to text messages, you consent to receive messages from FlowTier at the phone number provided.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Services are billed as described on our Pricing page. One-time setup fees are due upon onboarding. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or setup fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, AI models, and materials on this website are the property of 520 Innovations LLC DBA FlowTier and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowTier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI agents will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve any specific business outcomes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowTier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
